A native of Repentigny, Quebec, Philippe "Philnuts" Plouffe is a 32-year old professional poker player.

He started to play internationally in January 2011 and was the first Quebec player to make it to the final table at the PCA Bahamas Main Event where he pulled out a $202,000 prize for an 8th place finish. He has over $330,000 in career tournament and online winnings.
